In order for the dimsheet panel to be visible the Dimsheet option needs to be checked ON in ribbon tab: Windows > View.
If Cost Plan DIM Sheets are being populated then the CATO panel will also have to checked ON.
By default, the CATO and DimSheet panels will occupy the whole of the window containing the various Views. In order to see the contents of a dimsheet selected in the Elements tree it will be necessary to click on the DimSheet tab.
It is possible to see the Element tree and the dimsheet of the selected tree node at the same time by rearranging the panels in the Views panel.
Click and hold the DimSheet tab.
As the cursor is moved a location icon will be displayed in the Views panel. As the cursor is moved over the arrows the one that is selected is where the DimSheet panel will be 'docked'. In the following example the DimSheet panel is being docked below the Elements tree.
To move the DimSheet panel to another location, click and hold the DimSheet panel ribbon. To restore the panels to the tabbed arrangement move the cursor over the centre of the location icon.
Alternatively, the Dim Sheet panel can be displayed separately to the Views window including on a second monitor.
