As a buyer administrator, you can view all your existing supplier relationships. The Supplier relationships - List page provides all the information about supplier relationships.
Note: If you click the Export button on the Supplier relationships - List page, you can download the records displayed on the page as a CSV file. A maximum of 1,000 rows of records can be exported in that file.
To view the relationship status of suppliers, perform the following steps:
1. Click Manage > Supplier relationships from the Supplier Management tab.
The Supplier relationships - List page is displayed.
Note: If you click the Select button next to a supplier name, the questions answered by the selected supplier will be displayed on the left pane.
2. View the following details:
· Supplier name: The name of the supplier.
· Buyer Maintained: This column indicates whether the buyer maintains the supplier details or the supplier does.
· Status: The relationship status of the supplier-buyer relationship.
· Community status: The status for this relationship in terms of the buyer's community onboarding (only used or seen when a community on boarding programme is implemented).
· Last Updated: The date and time on which the supplier's record was last updated.
· Pending: The number of sections that the supplier needs to complete.
· In Progress: The number of sections that are in progress.
· Completed: The number of sections that the supplier has completed.
· Contact: The contact for this supplier to receive e-mails to update their details/ PQQ.
· Performance Score: The performance scored of the supplier expressed as a percentage.
Note: You can also edit the PQQ contact from the Supplier relationships - List page. For more information, see Changing the PQQ contacts.
3. Perform any of the following steps:
· Click the supplier name displayed under the Supplier column to view or to maintain the relationship status details on the Supplier relationships - Edit page.
· Click the Audit tab to view a history of changes to the relationship status details such as the date and time, the user who performed the changes and the old and new values.
Note: If you click the Select button next to a supplier name, the questions answered by the selected supplier will be displayed on the left pane.
To change the PQQ contacts, perform the following steps:
1. Click Manage > Supplier relationships from the Supplier Management tab.
The Supplier relationships - List page is displayed.
2. Click the supplier name whose details you want to view.
3. Click the Change contact button from the Supplier relationships - view page displayed.
4. Enter the First name, Last name and Email of the new PQQ contact.
5. Click Update.
