Batch Management

The Batch Management option appears on your home page if you have the required privileges. You can search for a batch of documents and general details using this option. The Batch Management option is the preferred route for most Tradex enquiries.

The Status field of the batches indicates whether a batch has been successfully sent or whether it has failed. If the Status field displays Downloaded, it indicates that the batch has been processed through Tradex and the customer or supplier has already received it.

If the status is shown as Not D/L, then the batch has not reached its final status and is waiting to be downloaded manually, or by a process scheduled by the receiver.
