You can configure the file naming convention to be followed for the documents received from your trading partner. For example, you can specify the format in which the batch name, batch ID, sender's name and trading relationship attribute should appear in the documents received.
To configure the naming of downloaded files, perform the following steps:
1. Click Download Options > File naming from the Administration tab.
The File naming - list page is displayed.
2. Click Create to configure the file naming for you document type.
3. Select an option from the Document Type drop-down list.
4. Select an option from the text displayed on the page and add it to the Map field.
5. Click Save to save the file naming format you have created.
