Supplier Management - Overview

The Supplier Management module maintains detailed information about the suppliers that you want to do business with. It provides a detailed view of the suppliers associated with various trade categories such as air conditioning, material supplies or subcontractor work. It also provides information on coverage, which is the geographical area covered by these suppliers. Essentially, all information that your organisation needs to know about your suppliers can be maintained in the application.

Supplier Management provides a buyer organisation with the ability to achieve the following:

·         Find suppliers where there may be an existing relationship or not

·         Check supplier capability through an accreditation process

·         Capture and share the performance of suppliers

Supplier Management is designed to provide a standard configuration of sections, questions and processes so that a buyer administrator can configure the system to suit their requirements.
