To search the received documents, perform the following steps:
1. Click Receive > Search Documents from the Document Exchange tab.
The Search documents - Search page is displayed.
2. Select a document type, such as Invoice, from the drop-down list, and then click OK.
3. Perform the following tasks to specify a search criteria for the received documents:
· Select a trading partner from the Select a document type from the list drop-down list displayed.
· Select any of the following document statuses from the Status section:
o Accepted
o Pending
o Rejected
o Deleted
· Select the remittance status from the Remittance Status section.
· Select any of the following Downloaded statuses:
o Not D/L
o Failed
o Pending
o Rejected
o Part D/L
4. Click Match Any Fields or Match All Fields to further refine your search.
5. Specify a range from the following list:
· Invoice Number
· Contract Number
· Despatch Note Number
· Order Number
· File Generation Number
· Batch Reference
· Invoice Date
6. Click Search to view your search results.
The Search documents - Search results page displays the search results matching the criteria you have defined.
