Tradex e-mail notifications keep users informed of the progress of their document transfers and alerts users to documents waiting for them and error situations. The situations in which an e-mail notification will be sent to the user are:
· Confirmations that your document uploads have been successful.
· Notifications that you have documents waiting to be downloaded.
· Notifications to senders that their documents have been downloaded.
· Error notifications when data is in the wrong format, fails receiver business rules or are for an unknown receiver.
Using the Edit Company details function, the user with the appropriate access rights can set the frequency and timing of e-mail notifications. The system can also be configured to only issue error e-mail notifications. For more information, see Editing the Company Details.
