System administrators can configure an external connector for the DueDil application and perform the following tasks:
· Map questions in DueDil to questions in Tradex Supplier Management.
· Map the regions in DueDil to the coverage details in Tradex Supplier Management.
· Map the trade classifications in DueDil to the trade classifications in Tradex Supplier Management.
To add the DueDil external connector, perform the following steps:
1. Click Supplier Management Configuration > External connectors from the Administration tab.
The External connectors - List page is displayed.
2. Click the Add External Connector button at the top right of the page.
The External connectors - Create page is displayed.
3. Select the DueDil External Connector option from the Connector type drop-down list.
4. Select the Enabled check box to enable this connector.
5. Enter the URL of the endpoint in the URL field.
6. Enter the username and password of the external connector in the Username and Password fields respectively.
7. Click the Choose file link next to the DueDil Supplier Definition field to upload a file with supplier definitions.
8. Click the Choose file link next to the DueDil Coverage Definition field to upload a file with details of DueDil regions. This is to map the regions in DueDil to the coverages in Tradex Supplier Management.
9. Click the Choose file link next to the DueDil Trade Definition field to upload a file with DueDil trades. This is to map the trade classifications in DueDil to the trade classifications in Tradex Supplier Management.
10. Click Save.
