A Tradex user account will be locked if the user enters a wrong password five times. Only a system administrator can unlock a locked Tradex user account.
To unlock a locked user account, perform the following steps:
1. Log in to Tradex.
2. Click Manager Users > List users from the Administration tab.
3. Enter the user name or the sub-company name in the Search field and then click the Search button.
4. Click the user's login name that is displayed in the search results.
The Locked until field displays the minutes remaining for the locked user account. After the time displayed, the locked user account will be automatically unlocked.
5. Click the Actions drop-down menu at the top right of the page.
6. Click Unlock user to unlock the locked account.
