My Details

The My Details menu allows you to create or edit a large amount of details. For example, you can add or edit your name, login details, e-mail address or company details.

To add or edit various details, click My Details from the Document Exchange tab. The following table lists the kinds of details that you can add to or edit in the system:

The My Details – Edit page allows you to edit your name, login details and email address. For more information, see Editing my Details.

Locations

The Locations - list page allows you to record your branches/depots/regional offices. To add a new location, click Create on the Locations - list page and enter all the details on the Locations - Create page.

Trades classifications

The Trade classifications - Edit page allows you to specify what products and services your organisation provides to customers.

Coverage classifications

The Coverage classifications - Edit page allows you to specify the geographical regions covered by your organisation.

Accreditations

This sub menu allows you to maintain information on any licenses, accreditations or certificates for specific categories and sectors that your business have. Click the New button on the Accreditations - list page to add the details on the Accreditations - Create page and click the Upload button to add an image of your licenses or certificates.

BIM

This section contains questions on your Building Information Modelling (BIM) policy and capability. On the BIM - Edit page, select the relevant answers to the questions displayed, upload a copy of the certificate, and upload supporting documents.

Bank Details

The Bank Details - Edit page allows you to maintain your business's bank details and provide details of where you would like to be paid. You can also upload your company banking details letter by clicking the Upload button.

Business and Professional Standing

On the Business and Professional Standing - Edit page, select the appropriate options related to legal matters, anti-corruption and anti-bribery, and any convictions to reflect your business and professional standing.

Contacts

The Contacts - list page allows you to maintain a list of contacts. To add a new contact, click the New button and enter the required details. You must enter the Family name, as it is a mandatory field, and it will be shared with the buyer.  

Directors and Partners

The Directors and Partners - Create page allows you to enter details about the directors, partners and other members of your business.

Environmental

The Environmental - Edit page allows you to answer the questions related to environmental management policy and capability.

Equal Opportunity and Diversity

The Equal Opportunity and Diversity - Edit page allows you to answer the questions on your organisation's equal opportunity and diversity policy and capability.

External Supplier Request

The External Supplier Request - Edit page allows you to provide details of the company's strengths and core competencies and how could they provide a competitive advantage.

Financial Accounts

The Financial Accounts - Create page allows you to add the financial details for the last three years about the company like turnover and net profit.

Financial Information

The Financial Information - Edit page allows you to answer questions on financial information such as the UK Construction Industry Scheme (CIS).

Health & Safety

The Health and Safety - Edit page allows you to answer questions on health and safety management.

Insurance

The Insurance - Edit page allows you to add insurance details such as Employer's Liability, Public Liability, Professional Indemnity and other risks.

Memberships

The Memberships page allows you to add membership details of trade associations or federations. You can also upload a copy of your membership certificate.

Quality

The Quality - Edit page allows you to add details and answer questions about quality management and policy capability. You can also upload a copy of the quality certificate and supporting documentation.

References

The References - Edit pages allows you to add references to previous projects completed and upload the completed references forms.

Type

The Type - Edit page allows you to enter the select the type of services that you provide as a business. For example, whether you are providing services as a sub-contractor or consultant.

Vendor Details

The Vendor Details - Edit page allows you to enter details about the vendors or suppliers.

 

Click Save once you have finished adding or editing the details.
