.A measurement session is the file that contains a drawing/screenshot file to be measured and any measurements made from it. The session will be saved with a .cmx file extension.
To open an existing session, perform the following steps:
1. Select Open Session from the File
menu .
The Open dialog box is displayed.
2. Browse to the session and select the session file (.CMX).
3. Click Open.
If you are opening a measurement session with large number of measurements, the progress of opening the file is displayed on the Status bar (at bottom-right corner). The link between the session and the associated drawing/screenshot is saved in the session, so when a saved session is reopened, the measured file will still be open and displayed in the viewer.
Note: If the session is not opening, the file has either been moved from its previously saved location or has been renamed. The following dialog box is displayed.
