Account Locking

If you or someone else tries to log in to your Tradex user account with a wrong password, then that account will be locked after five unsuccessful attempts.

When a user account is locked, the following message is displayed on the Tradex Log In page:

If your Tradex user account is locked, you must wait for five minutes, and then try to log in again with the valid password. If you enter a wrong password again, the account will remain locked.

If you cannot log in to your locked account after five minutes, perform any of the following steps to unlock your account:

·         Contact your system administrator to unlock the account for you. If you are a system administrator, see Unlocking a Locked Account for more information.

·         Click the Forgot Password link to receive a password reset link in your registered e-mail address.
